Account Manager

We are currently looking to add an Account Manager to our Illinois team. This position will be directly responsible for the northern Illinois territory. Below are typical responsibilities for a Spotter Account Manager.
- Prospecting – Individuals in this role will be responsible for identify target market schools and the associations, organizations that support them
- Client Engagement – Cold calling, client meetings and lunches, association involvement, etc.
- Req Management – Qualifying new job requirements for Spotter, negotiating terms, conditions and rates, and managing the candidate submittal to hire process between the school and recruiting team.
- Customer Relations – Directly supporting the needs of our schools and our internal team members as they support the needs of the schools. Some internal support areas that this individual may get involved in; timecard approval, invoice collection, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of contract staffing sales
- Must be local to Illinois/Chicagoland area
- Experience within school-based staffing is a plus
- Must be interested in working for a start-up company and expect continued change with an all hands-on deck mentality.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position but will require in person meetings on daily/weekly basis
