Professional Recruiter

Spotter is currently looking to add a professional recruiter to the Chicago team. Below are typical responsibilities for a Spotter Professional Recruiter.
- Sourcing – Spotter uses Bullhorn ATS/CRM and maintains a growing database of candidates who are actively and passively looking for new positions. This individual would be responsible for contributing to the growth of Spotter’s internal candidate pool through the usage of job boards, community relationships, referrals, job fairs, trade shows, etc.
- Screening – This individual will be responsible for screening candidates and maintaining a network of candidates interested in potential employment through Spotter at Chicago and the surrounding area school districts, school cooperatives and therapeutic day schools
- Selecting – Our Professional Recruiters are responsible for identifying and placing screened candidates into open contract and contract to hire school-based positions in and around the Chicago area. This involves matching skills and interests with school positions, negotiating pay rates & compensation packages and onboarding new contractors.
- Candidate Management – Our Professional Recruiters are responsible for maintaining relationships with contractors during their employment with Spotter to understand where employee may need additional training, support or guidance, feedback for us or school, performance evaluations, accurate timekeeping, etc.
- Sales Support – At times our recruiters may be asked to attend client meetings, school tours, lead generation, etc. as a support function to our sales team.
Requirements:
- Must have 1-4 years staffing &/or recruiting experience.
- Experience within school-based staffing is a plus
- Must be interested in working for a start-up company and expect continued change with an all hands-on deck mentality.
