Who We’re Looking For

What to Expect Your First Day
You’ll receive a dedicated, full-day onboarding experience led by the district’s SPED administration team. This includes:

Walkthrough of school systems and access credentials
-
Overview of caseload, IEP management tools, and district protocols
-
Support in getting oriented to the team, schedule, and student needs
-
Introduction to your role within the EC and special education programs
What a Typical Week Looks Like
-
Deliver speech services to Early Childhood students, with support for K–5 special education classes (self-contained and resource)
-
Collaborate with EC teachers, social workers, OTs, and PTs
-
Conduct evaluations and screenings
-
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to reports and planning
-
Support Tier 1 language development strategies across classrooms
