Ryan Cleaveland

An Illinois native and a graduate of Illinois State University, Ryan knows Chicago, and the state, inside and out. His greatest passion is serving those who sacrifice for the greater good, which is why he has dedicated his career to recruiting. It’s also why he created Spotter, a staffing organization that advocates for therapists and educational systems.
